Barry J. Phillips, CD
25 September 1942 – 30 December 2015
Barry J. Phillips was a Member of the Canadian Association of Veterans in United Nations Peacekeeping and was a member of the MCpl Mark Isfeld Memorial Chapter, Victoria, British Columbia.
Barry joined The Canadian Armed Forces in September 1961 and was affiliated with the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps. He served until his retirement in December 1995.
He completed a United Nations tour with United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF), Golan Heights in South-Western Syria, Middle East during the period May – December 1975. He also completed a tour with United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR), Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia during the period January – July 1993 and a tour with United Nations Mission in Haiti (UNMIH) during the period September 95 – August 1996 as a civilian contractor.
Barry was also a member of the Royal Canadian Service Corp Association and the Canadian Airborne Forces Association.

George B. Dobson
03 June 1939 – 25 October 2015
George B. Dobson was a Member of the Canadian Association of Veterans in United Nations Peacekeeping and was a Member and a Past President of the MCpl Mark Isfeld Memorial Chapter, Victoria, British Columbia.
George joined The Canadian Armed Forces in January 1960 and was affiliated with the 1st Battalion Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada. He served until his retirement in January 1967.
He completed a United Nations tour with The 1st Battalion Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada with United Nations Force in Cyprus.

Edison J. MacDonald, CD
14 November 1933 – 19 October 2015
Edison J. MacDonald was a Member of the Canadian Association of Veterans in United Nations Peacekeeping and was a Member in the Cpl Albert Storm, CD Chapter (Niagara), St Catharines, Ontario.
Edison joined The Canadian Armed Forces in January 1952 and affiliated with the Royal Canadian Regiment. He served until his retirement in March 1978.
He completed United Nations tours with The Royal Canadian Regiment in Korea, two tours with United Nations Force in Cyprus and a tour with United Nations Emergency Force in Egypt.
Edison was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 350, St Catharines, Ontario. A member of the Korean Veterans Association Unit 15. A member of the Royal Canadian Regiment Association, a member of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry Association and a member of the Royal Niagara Military Institute.

J.R. Robert LeBlanc, MMM, CD
28 January 1953 – 14 October 2015
J.R. Robert LeBlance was a Member of the Canadian Association of Veterans in United Nations Peacekeeping and was a Past President of the Dartmouth – Halifax Chapter, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Robert joined The Canadian Armed Forces in March 1970 and was affiliated with the Royal Canadian Electrical Mechanical Engineers. He served until his retirement in June 2001.
He completed a United Nations tour with United Nations Force in Cyprus with 2nd Battalion, Royal Canadian Regiment in 1973.
